The 麻豆原创 community congratulates Vienna Vidinovski, a student at St. Patrick CES in Markham who won a gold medal at the 2024 Skate Canada Challenge!
“This feels really good, almost unreal,” said Vienna. “I was thinking I’d come top 5-10. I really wasn’t expecting gold. I’m really proud of landing my triple toe in my free program.”
The Skate Canada Challenge happened from February 1 to 4 in Oakville, Ontario. Thanks to her hard work, dedication and talent, Vienna took the top spot in the pre-novice women category. She practises before school, after school and occasionally even needs to leave school early for her athletic commitments.聽
“It takes a village and wouldn’t have been possible with all the support from the school and teachers,鈥� said Vienna鈥檚 mom.聽
